"Crock Pot Smoked Country Ribs"
By: Rippn-Lips Tackle Co.
3-5 pounds of  bone in Country Style Pork Ribs
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (do not pack it down)
1 Package/Pouch of Frontera brand "Garlicky Carnitas Slow Cook Sauce"
4 Tablespoons of Penzy's Smoked Spanish Style Paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons of Worchestire Sauce
Wash Ribs and pat dry with paper towel, set aside
In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients, which will create your "dry rub".
After the dry rub is mixed together, take each rib and coat all sides of the rib with the dry rub.
After ribs are coated with dry rub, place in a covered bowl and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
(This allows the dry rub ingredients to work their magic!)
After 1 hour, remove the ribs from the refrigerator.
Dump in the Frontera Slow Cook Sauce into the crock pot and roll the ribs around in the sauce one by one and coat them with the sauce.
Turn on your crockpot to "Low" and cover the ribs. After 3 hours, very lightly stir the ribs a little bit and then recover. Ribs are done in about 8-1/2 hours
